When COVID19 caused the temporary closure of all non-essential shops the team at Hope & Co got on board with the local Bothwell, Uddingston and Viewpark community action group. Hope & Co became actively involved in sourcing a sustainable supply of food, essential goods, clothes and monetary donations to support the newly founded food bank in its efforts to deliver food parcels (as well as freshly prepared ready meals) direct to homes of those affected. Even after returning to open Hope & Co full time we continue to support the community action group in an ad hoc capacity.
